ImakaDesigns Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with all original tags and packaging intact.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@imakadesigns.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our items are handmade, made-to-order, or produced in limited quantities, the following items are final sale:

  • Custom orders
  • Made-to-measure pieces
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Accessories (including turbans and headwraps)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to assist as long as the item is still in stock.

If unavailable, we can offer a store credit or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
